What triggers can InboxWA send to Zapier?
A trigger fires when something happens in InboxWA. Zapier registers a webhook URL for the event, and InboxWA calls it each time the event happens. Sample data is provided for each trigger so Zapier can build its field mapping.

How it works, and its limits
- Plan: Zapier and Make are available on Growth and Scale; Starter has no API or webhooks.
- It uses REST Hook subscriptions: subscribe, unsubscribe and list endpoints, authenticated with your InboxWA account. Subscriptions are capped per account.
- Any tool that can call a webhook or a REST endpoint can use the same endpoints, not only Zapier. The full API is documented in the API reference.
- Sending a message still follows WhatsApp rules: outside the 24-hour window you need an approved template, and marketing messages need opt-in.

Can I connect InboxWA to Google Sheets or a CRM through Zapier?
Yes, in the sense that any app Zapier supports can receive InboxWA triggers or send data through InboxWA actions. For example, a new lead trigger can write a row to a spreadsheet or create a CRM record.
Can I use the same hooks without Zapier?
Yes. They are plain REST endpoints and webhooks, so any automation tool or your own code can use them. See the API reference for details.
Can an action send a WhatsApp message to anyone?
Only within WhatsApp's rules. Messages outside the 24-hour customer window need a Meta-approved template, and marketing messages need the contact's opt-in.
