Orchestrate every customer conversation.
Inbox, broadcasts, automations, team handoffs — one queue. Built for operators who run hundreds of WhatsApp conversations a day.
InboxWa is a WhatsApp Business API platform (WhatsApp CRM) for Indian SMBs across real estate, retail and D2C, services and clinics, and education. It combines a shared team inbox, AI chatbot, bulk broadcast campaigns, no-code automation flows (abandoned cart recovery, COD verification, order tracking), and a lead pipeline — with zero markup on Meta's per-conversation fees. Plans start at ₹999/month with AI included; setup takes under 10 minutes. See pricing or start a free 7-day trial (no card required).
Boring infrastructure. On purpose.
- WhatsApp Business Platform — built on Meta's official Cloud API, the canonical stack, no grey-market tricks. You keep control of your WhatsApp Business Account, templates, and quality rating.
- DPDP Act aligned — purpose-specific consent, revocable at any time, proof of opt-in stored with each contact.
- Hosted in India — customer data stays in India. Backups, logs, message history — all within Indian data centres.
- Opt-in ledger — every inbound message timestamped. Exportable proof of consent, on demand, per contact.
Everything you need to scale conversations
- Live unified inbox — every WhatsApp conversation in one place. Assign to an agent, drop internal notes, use quick replies, hand off mid-thread.
- Deep analytics — open rates, reply times, agent load, campaign ROI.
- Template library — submit to Meta, track approval, version safely. Typical Meta template review is under 24 hours.
- Bulk campaigns, safely — upload a CSV, map variables, preview, send. The dispatcher respects Meta rate limits and watches your quality rating so your number stays healthy.
AI agents built like software, not demos
InboxWa custom-builds conversational AI agents on your data — support, lead qualification, sales, onboarding — delivered on the WhatsApp stack:
- Deterministic tools, not vibes — pricing math, plan comparisons, bookings are real functions the agent calls. The LLM orchestrates; code does the work. The AI never invents a price.
- Confidence gate that says no — when the answer isn't in the data, the agent doesn't invent one; it hands off cleanly to a human with full context.
- Cost-aware by default — fast cheap model on the hot path, bigger model as fallback. Typical RAG query: about ₹2.50 all-in.
Agent archetypes shipped: support agent (hybrid RAG over your knowledge base), lead qualification (12-signal scoring), sales agent (quotes and objection handling), onboarding, FAQ deflection (sub-second semantic search), and appointment & order booking.
Built for your industry
- Real estate — auto-capture from 99acres, Housing.com, Meta ads; qualified-lead scoring before site visits; slot booking with calendar integration.
- D2C / Shopify — live Shopify catalog sync (prices, stock, variants), COD confirmation to reduce RTO, abandoned cart recovery flows.
- Services & booking — one-tap reschedule via WhatsApp buttons, automated reminders 24h and 1h before, post-service review requests.
- Education & EdTech — course-level routing, auto-qualification from UTM and program interest, nurture sequences that pause on reply.

Frequently asked questions
Will our WhatsApp number get banned?
The #1 trigger for bans and quality drops is sending to people who didn't opt in. InboxWa only sends to contacts with stored, timestamped consent, paces message throughput under Meta's rate limits, and watches your quality rating — throttling automatically if it drops to yellow. If a template starts getting reported, it is paused before it turns red.
How does pricing actually work?
Two lines on your invoice, no hidden markup. Meta bills you per delivered template message (Jan 2026 India rates: marketing ~₹0.86, utility ~₹0.115, auth ~₹0.125). Customer-initiated service replies within a 24-hour window are free. InboxWa adds a flat platform fee per month — no per-seat tax, no conversation surcharge.
Are we DPDP Act compliant?
InboxWa is designed around the DPDP Act's consent rules. Each contact carries a proof-of-consent record (source, timestamp, purpose). Customers can withdraw consent from the message itself, and the withdrawal is binding across every flow. Data lives in Indian data centres.
We already use Zoho / LeadSquared / HubSpot. Does this replace it?
No — it plugs in. InboxWa isn't your CRM of record, it's the WhatsApp execution layer. Webhooks + REST API on every inbound message, reply, and campaign event. Push to Zoho, LeadSquared, HubSpot, Salesforce, or your own stack.
BSP or Cloud API — which one are we on?
InboxWa uses Meta's official Cloud API directly. No reseller in the middle inflating rates, no Business Account locked inside someone else's umbrella. You can walk out with your number any time.
How long does template approval take?
Meta's typical review window is minutes to 24 hours, occasionally 48. InboxWa lints templates against Meta's common rejection reasons before submission, so first-time approval is the rule, not the exception.
