Is there really no markup on Meta fees?
Yes — and we'll never add one. You top up a wallet with any amount (no minimum) and Meta's per-conversation fees are deducted at Meta's published rates. Our platform fee covers the software, not the messages.
What counts as one AI call?
One fresh AI call = one time the AI Agent generates a response and sends it to a customer. Cached answers count as 0.5. The bundle counts LLM-backed work the bot actually used — not chat sessions, not Meta's 24-hour conversation windows.
What happens when I run out of AI calls?
You don't stop — you pay the overage rate (₹0.25 on Starter, ₹0.20 on Growth, ₹0.15 on Scale) per AI call above your included limit. You can set a hard cap in settings to block overage entirely.

Can I change plans mid-month?

What happens if my wallet runs out?
Outgoing messages that incur Meta fees pause until you top up. Incoming messages and your inbox keep working. Low-balance alerts fire at ₹500 and ₹100.
Do you charge per agent or per seat?
No. Seats are included in the plan (1 / 10 / unlimited). Per-seat pricing is a tax on giving more people access to your customers — we don't do it.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual billing gets you 2 months free (about 16.7% off) on every tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
