# Who has opened a chat

`GET /api/reporting/v1/conversations/{phone}/seen-by`  (operationId: `seenBy`, group: Reporting)

Which team members opened this chat in the inbox or the embedded panel, when first and last, and how many customer messages each has not yet seen. "Opened" means opened in InboxWA, not read on a phone. Recording began on the date in recorded_from.

Part of the full API, which is included in the Scale plan. Any one of these scopes is enough: `inbox`, `team_management`, `analytics`, `inbox:read`, `team_management:read`, `analytics:read`. Team accountability data: who opened, who replied, how fast.

**Parameters**
