# List opted-out contacts

`GET /api/contacts/opted-out`  (operationId: `listOptedOut`, group: Contacts)

Every contact currently opted out of broadcasts, most recently changed first.

Part of the full API, which is included in the Scale plan. Any one of these scopes is enough: `contacts`, `contacts:read`.

**Response 200**: Opted-out contacts.
