# Hand-off queue

`GET /api/team/v2/handoff`  (operationId: `handoffQueue`, group: Team)

Chats waiting for a person. Claim, release and transfer are POST /api/team/v2/handoff/{phone}/claim, /release and /transfer.

Part of the full API, which is included in the Scale plan. Any one of these scopes is enough: `inbox`, `team_management`, `inbox:read`, `team_management:read`.

**Response 200**: The queue.
