# Replies in a conversation `GET /api/reporting/v1/conversations/{phone}/replies` (operationId: `conversationReplies`, group: Reporting) Every outbound message with who sent it and how long the customer had waited. A bot usually answers in seconds, so there are two clocks: a bot or system reply is timed from the moment the customer began waiting; an agent reply from the moment the customer began waiting for a person. first_human_response is the number to hold a team to. A send that failed never counts as a reply. Part of the full API, which is included in the Scale plan. Any one of these scopes is enough: `inbox`, `team_management`, `analytics`, `inbox:read`, `team_management:read`, `analytics:read`. Team accountability data: who opened, who replied, how fast. **Parameters** | Name | In | Type | Required | Description | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | `phone` | path | string | yes | Contact phone number with the country code, digits only. A leading + is accepted. A 10-digit number with no country code is treated as Indian (91 is added). | | `since` | query | string (date-time) | no | Only messages at or after this time. | | `to` | query | string (date-time) | no | End of the window (ISO 8601 or date). Default: now. Alias: until. | **Response 200**: OK (schema `ConversationReplies`) | Field | Type | Description | | --- | --- | --- | | `phone` | string | | | `first_customer_message_at` | string (date-time), nullable | | | `replies` | array of object | | | `replies[][].message_id` | string, nullable | | | `replies[][].sent_at` | string (date-time) | | | `replies[][].sender_type` | string | customer: the contact. bot: the AI agent. agent: a team member (recorded on messages sent from InboxWA). system: any other outbound message (automation, campaign, template, or an older message with no recorded author).
