# Who has held a chat

`GET /api/reporting/v1/conversations/{phone}/assignment-history`  (operationId: `assignmentHistory`, group: Reporting)

Claims, releases, transfers and resolutions, newest first. From detailed_since the record is exact; before that it is rebuilt from the team audit log, which has claims, releases and transfers but not resolutions (source: audit).

Part of the full API, which is included in the Scale plan. Any one of these scopes is enough: `inbox`, `team_management`, `analytics`, `inbox:read`, `team_management:read`, `analytics:read`. Team accountability data: who opened, who replied, how fast.

**Parameters**
